This guide provides the needed information to arrange for funeral matters of the deceased.

• Prior to death, the family should decide whether the body will be cremated or buried as this information is required when registering the death.

• Prepare a photo that will be used for the Wake and obituary.

• When death occurs, the family will have to download the Digital Death Certificate from My Legacy using this QR code or weblink .
