Children's Ministry

Child of Destiny is the church based arm of Children's Ministry where strong biblical foundations are laid in the lives of those who are a part of this ministry.

K1 - P6 Sunday 8:30am / 11:00am

Scriptural Motto:

"Put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator." Col 3:10

Vision Statement:

"Our vision is to see everyone involved in our Children's Ministry become a Child of Destiny (COD). We recognize that everyone (children and adults included) is born with a destiny. This destiny is not so much as going from one point to another but growing into the image of Christ. We also understand that there is no destiny apart from a life in Christ."

Mission Statement:

COD Children's Ministry exists to help children and all those involved in this ministry to find their destiny in Christ by becoming like Christ and choosing to do as Christ. By this they will grow into the fullness of the image of Christ.

Goals

• To be GROUNDED in Christ (1 Corinthians 3:10-11)

• To GROW in Christ (Ephesians 4:15)

• To ABIDE in Christ (John 15:5)

• To be TRANSFORMED to reflect Christ (Romans 12:2)
